my legs are aching.
ran 5km. clocking 20mins. not bad huh?
i shall aim for 18mins tomorrow.
speaking of tomorrow, it's National Day! and i am working! !$%^&*()
it's a public holiday, and nobody goes to go work on PH except healthcare workers.
so people, appreciate us yeah?
Izzul told me that the fireworks can be seen from the medical cubicle. i shall wait and see while working afternoon shift tomorrow.
i guess i ate too much durians, my tummy is getting abit upset now.
hopefully it won't cry. LOL!
lately, the ICU's business....HUAT AH!
a couple overseas cases, more and more cardiac cases (when is Mr.S going to retire?)
if you people had read the paper, yes, ICU coded blue the other day, and a young kid passed away due to HFMD. encepalitis can be so scary.
what's more important is Hand Washing. i asked Dr.Wong what are the chances of adults getting HFMD, well, she said adults too can get. ooohhh... personal hygiene is important.
i've already seen 5 deaths in the past 4 months.
and i'm in a PH-mood.
