woke up damn early just to accompany my brother to SGH for his opearation. and i gotta go back SGH to fetch him cause he will be walking with the aid of the clucthes. i am not a mean sister. Haha!
what the hell happened to my dearest,useless,idiotic etc brother? nah~ nothing serious actually. it's just an ACL tear. huh? what!? Anterior Cruciate Ligament tear. in other words, one of the ligament is his knee was torn. ouch~ all thanks to his over-excessive basketball-ing. i wonder one day if the ball was to hit his face, then he will need to undergo rhinoplasty aka nose job. sounds familiar? The Gang knows. LOL!
in order to play basketball and run marathons again, my brother decided to go ahead with the surgery. ya, but all activities can only be resumed after 6 months of recuperation. he's gonna grow fat without his activities.
i guess, i'm becoming more and more like twin. i love people-watching or observing how people works, and this registration clerk at the ASC OT really caught my attention. a 'seri', bittergourd face, adding on, rude as well. !@#$%^&*( my father was pissed off by her attitude too. so........ i typed a complaint email and send to their Service Quality Management. and i got a auto reply email from them stating that they will look into the feedback and reply within 14 working days.
WHAT!? are those people working in the management illiterate? they need 14 days to read and do something about it? this is bad bad bad. i think i need to see that 'seri' face again later at 2pm. maybe telling the Nurse Manager in-charge is a faster way. ya, that's a better idea.
-------------------------------- got a call from Service Quality Management personnel. and the lady assured me that they will look into this matter and the clerk will be dealt with. that's good.
